Drop-Off & Collection Options
We understand that getting your pieces to and from the kiln safely is important, so we offer a range of collection and delivery options to suit your needs. Have a look at our options and fill out the form below to receive a quote for collection and delivery.
Drop-Off Box
A free and convenient way to drop off your ceramics during business hours. Our drop-off box is accessible Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Simply bring your items during these times, place them securely in the designated drop-off area, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note: Access outside these hours cannot be guaranteed due to the premises’ security gate.
Collection & Delivery Services
If you can’t make it to our drop-off location, we offer three courier options, and we’ll handle all communication and scheduling for you.
Premium Service

We will personally collect and deliver your pieces.

Ensures the highest level of care with delicate handling.

Best for: Larger or fragile works requiring extra attention.

Uber

We will book an Uber Courier to collect and deliver your pieces.

Fastest option, usually the cheapest for shorter distances.

Cost varies based on distance, and we cannot guarantee the final Uber pricing.
Courier

A same-day premium courier with better handling than Uber but at a lower cost than personal collection.

Best for: Medium to long distances where care is important.
